What is the local tax?
The Upper Austrian local tax is a statutory municipal levy under the OÖ Tourismusgesetz. It is € 2.40 per guest aged 16+ and night and is charged at the time of booking. In return, you receive the Donau Erlebnis Card for the duration of your stay, with free admission and discounts at more than 30 regional partners (e.g. Linz Linien, Ars Electronica, Schlossmuseum).
On-site EV charger
A 22 kW AC charging station with Type 2 connector is available on site. Billing is per kWh consumed: € 0.36 / kWh + a one-off € 1.20 bank fee per session. Maximum charge time is 12 hours, after which the connector is released. Pitch P2 is also suitable for E-motorhomes (separate wallbox at the pitch).

Pricing FAQ
01 Are dogs really free?
Yes, at no surcharge. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the motorhome (Austrian law). Owners must clean up after their dogs.
02 How does the electricity voucher work?
After booking, you purchase a digital electricity voucher (C0–C3). Activate it only at the power column on site, using the activation button in the coupon email — activating too early voids the coupon. Once the allowance is used up or the validity expires, the column switches off automatically.
03 Does the local tax apply to children?
No. The Upper Austrian local tax is charged only for guests aged 16 and over. Children and teens under 16 are exempt.
04 How does cancellation work?
Up to 1 week before arrival: 80% refund of the amount paid (a minimum fee of € 4 is retained). After that — and in the case of no-show — all payments are non-refundable. We recommend taking out trip-cancellation insurance.
05 Which payment methods do you accept?
Digital only: card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) or PayPal at booking. On site we accept card payment at the self-service station. No cash.
